Numpties the lot of them!
I got an incoming call from a witheld number. I ignored this.
The message left on my answer phone asked me to call BA.
All they needed to tell me was my tax refund is , wait for it..... £1.60!
I had a polite go at the peon and expressed my unimpressedness at the idiot asking me to call a premium rate line to find this out! If I want a refund for this call I will need to email them!
The call including mini rant lasted 2 mins tops so not going to bother :roll:

Note to self: never phone back!
