OK, got it. Mostly meat then. Are you unable to eat wheat? I have a friend who has a nasty allergic to wheat and so can't eat bread. It's hellish...

na, I'm just intollerant to wheat, gives me blisters. I fail regularly at not eating wheat but am trying hard from er now not to, so can be allllll wheat free for my holiday in Aug.
