Having boiled my eggs for dinner I economically used the water to make GF pasta for my lunch tomorrow, only I think I may have been a tad confused about how many days I was cooking for, as I now have packed lunches for tomorrow and Saturday!
Ok so I'm at ECDL on Saturday, but only for a few hours, and am within walking distance of home... Stupid bank holiday! Has ruined my internal clock!

Hmmm, maybe after ECDL I could go on a squirrel fishing hunt n take packed lunch with me... did spot an interesting place the other day... OOoo, I'm gonna! Unless I totally go off the idea between now and then! Will require monkey nuts... I only have almonds at home. Got loads of twine tho so am okay on that front!
