I went to leave for work this morning, and almost stepped into wet asphalt. Having been woken up at 6am when the workmen started doing something loud, I was awake enough to stop myself, shout at the nearby workmen, telling them that they're f-ing wankers, go back inside, dismantle a box that was in the hall, plonk it onto the new pavement and go get the bus. I had to step under the warning tape to do this. I came away tar free!

The entrance to my flat is a communal one so there will be a couple of other people who are going to have a surprise when they leave for work!
It's not like the doorway was hiding or anything, it's the only one on that bit of pavement.
I dispare of some people!
