I had to have a parcel sent to a local post office yesterday, and i reall, really hate Parcel Force's auto system, so i told it to f off, and it put me through to an operator, and apologised for my not liking it! pmsl!
I seem to remember getting fed up on a previous phone call and saying 'operator' clearly, and it did the same thing.

My new phone is arriving at my work address, since they only deliver between 9am and 5pm. Saves a hell of a lot of hassle!
