Yesterday after getting my grubby little hand on my ticket for the preview of Indiana Jones i treated, well, continued to treat myself, to an icecream. I chose Vanilla Toffee Cruch as is sounded the least chocolatey out of the flavours i'd even consider trying. This wasn't quite the case, as the 'toffee' was encased in a very thick coating of chocolate. Oh, i thought, it's a bit hot for non minty chocolate, but i've got it now.
It was a very good vanilla, and the 'toffee' was more like a crunchy bar (cinder toffee) but with thicker choc. It was very nice.
However i would definitely have enjoyed it more if there was less/no choc, what with the weather being roasting.
Maybe i should have gone with a sorbet in the first place...
