Well got to Ishtar eventually, make sure you save before going to pick up the teleporter stone on the table by the entrance, as the guards are a bit touchy, edge forward until it's reachable then scram!
Went back to Braga and found a water mage sitting in the ruins outside, he led me to the Nomads. Oh, there's a quest for waepon bundles here and as I had enough with me I gave them straight away, DOH! Wait until you've had a chat with the merchant in Braga as suggested by the nomad, the band of robbers in the ruins nearby will yeild a note from the merchant to the robbers. I'm guessing this would yeild a few more exp points than just handing over the weapon bundles, as I can now do nothing with the letter, can't even talk to the merchant about weapons bundles. Damn!
Oh well, next I headed east to the fabulous village of... Ben Eria? Just before you get there, there's a large herd of sandcrawlers, kill them all, including the tough sandcrawlers by, and in the cave. They can be sods, but draw a few off at a time and it's a lot easier. Chat to the peeps in Ben E, and you'll get a quest for the next village Lago.

Lago's teleporter stone is also easily obtained, just pick up swampweed until you notice the stone lying on the ground in a ruined corner.
You can pillage the mine here, there are a about 4 gold viens, 1 sulphur and 1 iron. There's also a chest out front.
If you've done the boatbuilder's quest in Silden and have got the new quest for him then your luck is in, there's a genius boatbuilder in Lago! Unfortunately he's stoned out of his mind and wants 5 ice wolf pelts before he'll give you the plans for his new boat. Good thing I had that short trip into Nordmar! And that I got the Wolf clan's teleporter stone from the supply hut chest!
The arena is pretty straightforward, just chat to the combatants after talking to Fabio and they'll come round to the idea, it also helps f you just drop down into the pit, ready your weapons and wait for them to join you.
Dual wield weapons: I got this skill from the nomads when I was there, is great when you're surrounded!
